Director Resignation; China Management Restructure and Change of Head Office Address

Phoslock Environmental Technologies (ASX: PET) today made the following announcements:

Director Resignation

Non-Executive Director Barry Sechos will resign from the Board, effective 6 September 2023. Barry joined the Board in February 2021 and his contribution has been acknowledged by PET Chairman, David Krasnostein on behalf of other directors and shareholders. The Board position vacated by Mr Sechos will not be filled.

China Management Restructure

PET’s China management team has been restructured to reduce costs and focus resources on revenue generating activity. General Manager Viktor Li finished with the company on 31 August after playing a key role in helping to stabilise the operations in China following the previous mismanagement issues. Will Li has been appointed to the senior regional commercial role and legal representative for PET’s China sales entity.

Change of Head Office

PET will relocate its Corporate Head Office as part of its overall cost reduction program. The detail of the move is subject to a separate announcement.
