Appointment of new Director

Phoslock Environmental Technologies (ASX:PET) announced today that Barry Sechos has been appointed to the Board of Directors, effective 1 February 2021.

Mr Sechos has extensive experience as a Director, business executive and corporate lawyer. He is a Director of Sherman Group Pty Limited , a privately owned investment company located in Sydney and a Director and Principal of Paddington St Finance Pty Limited , a specialist structured finance company providing R&D tax incentive finance and mid-market corporate loans to emerging corporations domiciled in Australia. Mr Sechos is also a Director of Fulcrum Media Finance Pty Limited , a finance company providing film finance to Australian and New Zealand film production companies.

Mr. Sechos is also a Director of the following ASX listed companies:

• Regeneus Limited , an Australian based regenerative medicine company which focuses on using the regenerative capacities of stem cells to develop innovative cell therapies for humans and animals; and

• Concentrated Leaders Fund Limited , a listed investment company which invests primarily in Australian companies within the S&P/ASX200 Accumulation Index.

Mr Sechos commenced his professional career as a commercial lawyer at the law firm Allen Allen & Hemsley, specialising in banking and finance law at Allens’ Sydney office and worked in Allens’ Singapore and London offices. He was previously a Director and General Counsel to the EquitiLink Investment Management Group, an international asset management company based in Sydney.
