Celamin Holdings NL

TRADING HALT

The securities of Celamin Holdings NL (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the outcome of the meeting of security holders today to consider resolutions concerning the acquisition of the issued capital of Celamin Limited, and the resultant change of activities.

If security holders do not approve the resolutions the trading halt will be lifted when the Company confirms that it will not change its activities.

If security holders approve the resolutions, trading in the securities will recommence when the Company satisfies ASX that it meets the requirements of chapters 1 and 2 of the Listing Rules.
