Celamin Holdings NL (“Celamin”) is pleased to announce that it will be reinstated to official quotation on ASX on Monday, 18 June 2012. The company has satisfied and complied with ASX requirements, including Listing Rule 11.1.3 and Chapters 1 and 2 of the Listing Rules.
In the coming weeks after reinstatement, Celamin will provide updates with regards to its Phosphate project in Tunisia including results from drilling, metallurgy and general updates of studies aimed towards feasibility.
