Celamin Holdings Limited (ASX:CNL, Celamin or the Company ) advises that Mr Tim Markwell, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has appointed Mr Robin Widdup as an Alternate Director effective today.

Robin has 40 years of mining industry and equity market experience, founding Lion Selection Group and Lion Manager Pty Ltd in 1997. He is currently Managing Director of Lion Manager, director of Lion Selection Group Limited, and a non-executive director of Lion investees Nusantara Resources and One Asia.

The appointment will continue until Mr Tim Markwell terminates the appointment or until the appointment is terminated in accordance with the Company’s constitution.

An Initial Director Interest Notice for Mr Widdup is attached.
