2024 Annual Report and Accounts and 2025 Annual General Meeting

Following the release of the Company's 2024 Annual Report and Accounts on 17 March 2025, the Company announces that it has today distributed the following documents to shareholders:

·      2024 Annual Report and Accounts;

·      Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting ('Notice of Meeting'); and

·      Form of Proxy for the 2025 Annual General Meeting.

The Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting will be held at Floor 9, 20 Old Bailey, London EC4M 7AN on Tuesday 13 May 2025 at 10:30am.

The Notice of Meeting is also available on the Company's website at: www.thephoenixgroup.com .
