The PDMRs listed in the table were each granted options under the Phoenix Group's Sharesave Scheme ("Sharesave") over Ordinary Shares of €0.0001 each fully paid in the Company.   Further to the recent Rights Issue the number of shares subject to the options and the exercise price have been adjusted for each PDMR as per the Company's Sharesave scheme rules relating to capital reorganisations and as also approved by HM Revenue and Customs and the Group Remuneration Committee.
