Grant of Options under the Phoenix Group Holdings plc ShareSave Scheme

The following notification is made under article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation. On 25 October 2023, the following share Options ("Options") were granted to certain Directors/PDMRs under the Phoenix Group Holdings plc 2023 ShareSave Scheme. The Option price of £3.78 was set in accordance with HMRC rules of the plan for both three and five year schemes.

The ShareSave contracts will commence on 1 December 2023. Options will be exercisable for a period of six months following the maturity dates of 1 December 2026 and 1 December 2028 respectively.

The following PDMRs have participated in the plan under which a total of 29,458 Options have been granted.
