Completion of Early Redemption

Phoenix Group Holdings plc ("Phoenix Group") announces the completion of a further stage in its debt redemption programme.

On 4 February 2025, Phoenix Group redeemed $250 million Restricted Tier 1 notes (ISIN: XS2106524262) further to the notice given to holders on 2 January 2025.
