ANNOUNCEMENT

EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

We wish to inform you that the Company's Board of Directors met on Friday, 28 April 2023 and decided to hold an Extraordinary General Meeting to approve a material transaction of the Company with a related party, for harmonization with the relevant legislation and International Accounting Standard 24 (IAS24) on Related Party Disclosures.

The approval pertains to the granting of a loan of €500,000 in March 2023 to Philoktimatiki Public Ltd from holding company, Euroinvestment & Finance Plc Ltd.

The Extraordinary General Meeting will take place at the offices of Philoktimatiki Public Ltd, 20, 25th March Street, Office 101, 2408 Engomi, Nicosia, on 8 June 2023 at 4:50 p.m. A relevant invitation will be sent to the shareholders.
