The Extraordinary General Meeting of Philoktimatiki Public Limited, held on Thursday, 8 June 2023 at 4:50 p.m. at the Offices of Philoktimatiki Public Ltd, 20, 25th Martiou Str., 2408 Engomi, Nicosia to approve a material transaction of the Company with a related party for harmonization with the relevant legislation and International Accounting Standard (IAS24) on Related Party Disclosures, passed a resolution for the granting of a loan of 500,000 Euro in March 2023 to the Company by the holding company Euroinvestment & Finance Plc Ltd.
