SOCO announces that awards under the SOCO International plc Long Term Incentive Plan ("Awards") were made on Friday 6 December 2013 to the Executive Directors of the Company, Ed Story, Roger Cagle and Cynthia Cagle of 273,000, 205,000 and 140,000 ordinary shares of £0.05 each ("Shares"), respectively.  On the date of the Awards, the market price of the Shares at the last closing was £3.933
