Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons

The Company was notified on 30 December 2015, that on the same day, Ms Marianne Daryabegui, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, bought 6,311 SOCO International plc ordinary shares of £0.05 each ("Shares") at a purchase price of £1.5725 per Share. The Shares were purchased on the open market pursuant to a trading plan entered into on 19 September 2014.

Following this transaction, which represents 0.002% of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding shares held in treasury), Ms Daryabegui holds 30,232 Shares, representing 0.01% of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding shares held in treasury).
