Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons

The Company was notified on 30 March 2015 that, on the same day, Antony Maris, Chief Operating Officer of the Company and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities under the DTRs, acquired an interest in a further 1,213 SOCO International plc ordinary shares of £0.05 each ("Shares").  The Shares were acquired on the open market at a purchase price of £1.59748 each.  The increase represents 0.0004% of the voting rights of the Company.

Following this transaction, Mr Maris is interested in 132,956 Shares representing 0.04% of the voting rights of the Company and 1,032,900 options to acquire Shares.
