DIRECTORS/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS

The Company was notified on 17 March 2015, in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R, that Mr Ettore Contini, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has acquired a further interest in SOCO ordinary shares of £0.05 each ("Shares"). The Shares were purchased on the open market of the London Stock Exchange by Liquid Business Limited, a connected person to Mr Contini.  The details of the transaction were as follows:

Due to a typographical error, the number of Shares acquired by Liquid Business Limited on 10 December 2013 was under-reported by 163 Shares. This is reflected in the total figures given below.

Mr Contini is now interested in a total of 29,000,000 Shares, representing 8.74% of the issued share capital of the Company. 220,000 (0.08%) Shares are held by Mr Contini personally and 28,780,000 (8.67%) Shares are held through Liquid Business Limited, a connected person to Mr Contini.
