SOCO announces that on Monday 16 March 2015, Anya Weaving, Chief Financial Officer of the Company and a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"), was awarded 400,000 ordinary shares of £0.05 each ("Shares") under the SOCO International plc Long Term Incentive Plan and  300,000 Shares under the Deferred Share Bonus Plan ("Awards").  On the date of the Awards, the market price of the Shares at the last closing was 143.20 pence.
