DIRECTORS/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS

The Company was notified on 12 March 2015 that on the same day, Mr John Norton, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired an interest in a further 10,000 SOCO ordinary shares of £0.05 each ("Shares"), representing 0.002% of the issued share capital of the Company. 

The Shares were purchased on the open market at a purchase price of £1.80 each. 5,000 Shares were acquired by Mr Norton personally and 5,000 were acquired by Mr Norton's spouse.

Following this transaction, Mr Norton is interested in 475,000 Shares, representing 0.14% of the issued share capital of the Company. 410,000 (0.12%) Shares are held by Mr Norton personally and 65,000 (0.02%) Shares are held by Mr Norton's spouse.
