DIRECTORS/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS

The Company was notified on 12 March 2015 that on the same day, Mr Rui de Sousa, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, personally acquired 50,000 SOCO ordinary shares of £0.05 each ("Shares"), representing 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company.  The Shares were purchased on the open market at a purchase price of £1.795 each.

The Company was further notified on 13 March 2015 that on the same day, Mr de Sousa personally acquired a further 50,000 SOCO Shares, representing 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company.  The Shares were purchased on the open market at a purchase price of £1.4818 each.

Following these transactions, Mr de Sousa is interested in 9,258,820 Shares, representing 2.79% of the issued share capital of the Company. 550,000 (0.17%) Shares are held by Mr de Sousa personally and 8,708,820 (2.62%) Shares are held through Palamos Limited, a connected person to Mr de Sousa.
