Awards under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan and the Deferred Share Bonus Plan

SOCO announces that on Monday 15 December 2014, Executive Directors of the Company, Ed Story, Roger Cagle and Cynthia Cagle, were awarded 453,000, 340,000 and 232,000 ordinary shares of £0.05 each ("Shares"), respectively, under the SOCO International plc Long Term Incentive Plan and  286,500, 215,000, and 146,500 Shares, respectively, under the Deferred Share Bonus Plan ("Awards").  On the date of the Awards, the market price of the Shares at the last closing was £2.485.
