Share Option Award

SOCO announces that on Friday 14 March 2014, an award was made to Antony Maris, the Chief Operating Officer and a PDMR of the Company, of 22,300 options to acquire SOCO ordinary shares of £0.05 each ("Shares") by reference to the rules of the Company Discretionary Share Option Plan ("Share Option Award").  On the date of the Share Option Award, the market price of the Shares at the last closing was £4.20.  Following this Award, Mr Maris is interested in 8,601 Shares and 594,800 share options.
