SOCO announces that an award under the SOCO International plc Discretionary Share Option Plan ("Award") has been made to Antony Maris, the Chief Operating Officer and a PDMR of the Company, of 22,500 options to acquire SOCO ordinary shares of £0.05 each.  On the date of the Award, the market price of the Shares at the last closing was £3.773
