PDMR/DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING

The Company was notified on 19 March 2013 that on the same day Mr John Norton, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, transferred 60,000 SOCO International plc ordinary shares of £0.05 each ("Shares") for nil consideration to his wife, Dianne Norton, a connected person under the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.

Following this transfer, which represents 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company, Mr Norton has an interest in 460,000 Shares, including 60,000 Shares held by Mrs Norton, which represents 0.14% of the issued share capital of the Company.
