Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging

Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons

The Company was notified on 29 August 2014 that, on the same day, Antony Maris, Chief Operating Officer of the Company and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities under the DTRs, acquired an interest in a further 546 SOCO International plc ordinary shares of £0.05 each ("Shares").  The Shares were acquired on the open market at a purchase price of £4.260372 each.  The increase represents 0.0002% of the voting rights of the Company.

On the same day Mr Maris reorganised his existing holdings in the form of a sale of 2,603 Shares at a price of £4.253925 and a purchase of 2,603 Shares at a price of £4.260651 each.

Following these transactions, Mr Maris is interested in 131,743 Shares representing 0.04% of the voting rights of the Company and 433,003 options to acquire Shares.
