Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified today that on 5 May 2017, Palamos Limited, which is a Closely Associated Person to Rui de Sousa, Chairman of the SOCO Board of Directors, has granted a pledge in favour of Rothschild Bank AG over 4,354,410 SOCO Ordinary Shares, held by Palamos Limited, as security pursuant to a general loan facility entered into with Rothschild Bank AG.

Palamos Limited remains the beneficial owner of the shares subject to the pledge and retains control of the voting rights attached to such shares.

As such, Rui de Sousa's interests in the voting rights of the Company are unchanged and he continues to be interested in 9,648,324 Shares, representing 2.91% of the voting rights and issued share capital of the Company, of which

·	8,708,820 Shares (2.62%) are held by Palamos Limited, a closely associated person to Rui de Sousa;
·	389,504 Shares (0.12%) are held by Quantic Limited, a closely associated person to Rui de Sousa; and
·	550,000 Shares (0.17%) are held personally by Rui de Sousa.
