Corum agrees sale of Real Estate eCommerce business unit
Corum Group Limited (ASX: COO) today announces that it has signed a binding agreement to sell the Real Estate eCommerce business unit to Zenith Payments Pty Limited.
The consideration for the sale is $0.5m and the transaction will generate a gain on disposal with completion expected in Q1 of the 2022 calendar year
Julian Sallabank, Managing Director commented: “The disposal of this non-core business unit will allow Corum to focus its energies and investment solely on its Health division.”
