Dividend Declaration

Directors announce the declaration of an unfranked interim dividend of 0.6 cents per ordinary share.

Entitlement to receive the dividend shall be extended to those shareholders registered as at the close of business on Wednesday 13 August 2014.

Corum’s shares will trade ex-dividend on Friday 8 August 2014.

The dividend will be paid on Monday 25 August 2014.

There is no conduit foreign income attributable to the dividend.
