As stated in the announcement dated Wednesday, October 27, 2020 issued by the Company, in order to be qualified to attend and vote at the H Shares Class Meeting, all transfer documents accompanied by the relevant share certificate(s) must be delivered to the Company’s H Shares Registrar in Hong Kong, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at Shops 1712-1716, 17th Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong for registration no later than 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 10, 2020.
