As stated in the announcement dated December 29, 2021 issued by the Company, in order to be qualified to attend and vote at the H Shares Class Meeting, all transfer documents accompanied by the relevant share certificate(s) must be delivered to the Company’s H Shares Registrar in Hong Kong, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at Shops 1712-1716, 17th Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong for registration no later than 4:30 p.m. on Monday, January 10, 2022.
