PHARMANUTRA S.P.A.: FILING OF DOCUMENTS FOR THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING
Pisa, 31st March 2021 – PharmaNutra S.p.A. announces that the Annual Financial Report, including the Consolidated Financial Statements at December 31, 2020, the Company's draft Financial Statements at December 31, 2020, the related Report on Operations (which, as provided by Article 40 paragraph 2 bis of Legislative Decree 127/1991, was drawn up in a single document) the attestations required by Article 154 bis, paragraph 5, of Legislative Decree No. 58 of February 24, 1998 ("TUF"), the Statutory Auditors' Reports and the Independent Auditors' Reports, as well as the Report on Corporate Governance and Ownership Structure are available in the registered office in Pisa, via delle Lenze 216/b, on the Company website www.pharmanutra.it, and in the authorised storage mechanism "eMarket Storage" on the website .
