Pisa, 16th December 2025 - PharmaNutra S.p.A. (the "Company") announces the dates for the approval of the financial results of the Company by the Board of Directors and the Shareholders' Meeting:

March 17th, 2026	Board of Directors for the approval of the Financial Statements as of 31st December 2025
April 27th, 2026	Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting for the approval of the Financial Statements as of 31st December 2025
May 11th, 2026	Board of Directors Meeting for the approval of the Interim Management Statements as of 31st March 2026
September 11th, 2026	Board of Directors Meeting for the approval of the Half-Yearly Report as of 30th June 2026
November 9th, 2026	Board of Directors Meeting for the approval of the Interim Management Statements as of 30th September 2026

Any amendments to the above calendar will be notified to the market timely.
