RENDICONTO SINTETICO DELLE VOTAZIONI

Pisa, 22 aprile 2025 – Si rende noto che il rendiconto sintetico delle votazioni dell'Assemblea Ordinaria e Straordinaria degli Azionisti di Pharmanutra S.p.A. del 16 aprile 2025, in conformità con quanto previsto dall'art. 125-quater del D. Lgs. N. 58/1998, è consultabile nel sito internet della Società nella sezione Governance/Assemblea e presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket Storage".

Pisa, 22 April 2025 – Notice is hereby given that the summary report of the votes of the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Pharmanutra S.p.A. of 16 April 2025, in accordance with the provisions of Article 125-quarter of Legislative Decree No. 58/1998, is available on the Company's website in the Governance/Shareholders' Meeting section and on the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket Storage".
