Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“ Listing Regulations ”) we would like to inform you that Mr. Samir Desai has tendered his resignation from the post of Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company due to personal commitments. The Company has accepted his resignation and will relieve him from the responsibilities from the close of business hours of January 29, 2026.

He shall also cease to be Key Managerial Personnel authorised for the purpose of determining materiality of an event or information and for the purpose of making disclosures to stock exchange(s) in terms of Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations with effect from the close of business hours of January 29, 2026. The Company extends its sincere appreciation to Mr. Samir Desai for his valuable contributions and dedicated service during his tenure.

The brief details required to be furnished pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated November 11, 2024 is enclosed herewith as ‘ Annexure A ’.

The resignation letter received from Mr. Samir Desai is enclosed herewith as ‘ Annexure B ’.
