Dear Sir/ Ma’am,

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, this is to inform you that, the Board of Directors of the Company, in their meeting held today i.e. March 27, 2026, after considering the recommendations of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee, had appointed Mr. Vijay Solanki as the Chief Financial Officer (“ CFO ”) and Key Managerial Personnel with effect from March 27, 2026.

Mr. Vijay Solanki shall be added to the list of Key Managerial Personnel authorized to determine materiality of events or information for the purpose of making disclosures to the Stock Exchange under Regulation 30(6) of the Listing Regulations.

Further, the details required under Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are given in the Annexure.

The Board meeting commenced at 3:45 P.M. and concluded at 5:30 P.M.
