Disclosure of Voting Rights in Shares

M&G Plc controls voting rights in 44,283,245 shares of PGS, which estimates to a 6.51% holding as of 16th August 2022 based on the total number of shares/voting rights of 680,299,714.

The trigger for this notification is due to The Prudential Assurance Company Limited moving below the 5% notifiable threshold. This was due to the conversion of the convertible bond loan with ISIN NO0010920697 into 25,237,631 new shares as announced by PGS on 16th August 2022, increasing the total number of shares/voting rights to 680,299,714.

All shares attributed to M&G Plc are managed by M&G Investment Management Limited.
