Disclosure of Voting Rights in Shares

M&G Plc controls voting rights in 37,019,974 shares of PGS, which estimates to a 5.44% holding, 7,263,271 shares out on loan (right of recall), which estimates to 1.07%, and therefore total interest in 44,283,245 shares, which estimates to a 6.51% holding as of 05th September 2022 based on the total number of shares/voting rights of 680,299,714.

This notification is due to the return of 3,628,451 shares from loan on 05th September 2022, pushing our holding in normal shares above 5%. The table below shows the split between lent and normal shares.

All shares attributed to M&G Plc are managed by M&G Investment Management Limited.
