As of 8.00am UTC today, 21st October 2019, Prudential plc is no longer the ultimate controlling parent of ‘M&G Investment Management Limited’, following the demerger of M&G Plc from the Prudential Plc group of companies. Prudential Plc, therefore no longer has any interest in the shares/voting rights of Petroleum Geo-Services ASA.

M&G Plc is now the ultimate controlling parent of the M&G Group of companies, as such please find a new chain of controlled undertakings below. M&G Plc controls voting rights in 24,068,347 shares of Petroleum Geo-Services ASA, which estimates to a 7.11% holding as of 21st October 2019 based on the total number of shares/voting rights of 338,579,996.
