Rune Eng resigns from PGS

Lysaker, 3 November 2010: PGS has accepted the resignation of Mr. Rune Eng as

Executive Vice President Marine Contract. Mr. Eng has accepted a position as CEO

of Spectrum ASA. Sverre Strandenes will in an interim period act as EVP Marine

Contract, until a permanent solution is in place.

marine seismic business. I would like to thank Rune for his contribution to the

company over many years, and wish him success in his future endeavors," says Jon
