PGG Wrightson Limited* (PGW) announced today that Mr David Cushing, an independent director and Chairman of the Audit Committee, will retire as a director after two years’ service on the Board on 30 April 2021.

PGW Chairman, Mr Rodger Finlay said "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank David for his contribution as a director and for his leadership of the Audit Committee. David has been an integral part of the team which has turned around the business as manifested in the results announced today".
