Appointment of a new Director Joo Hai Lee

Further to the election of officers at the Annual Shareholders Meeting yesterday, Joo Hai Lee was appointed as a Director of PGG Wrightson Limited (‘PGW’) effective 31 October 2017.

Joo Hai was nominated by, and is an associated person, of substantial security holder Agria (Singapore) Pte Limited. The PGW Board has determined that he does not qualify as an Independent Director as defined by the NZX Listing Rules.
