Retirement of PGG Wrightson Director

PGG Wrightson announces that Tsang Wah Kwong (WK) has given notice of his intention to retire as a director of PGG Wrightson Limited (PGW).

WK was initially appointed as a director of PGW on 2 November 2011 and resigned on 4 December 2012. He was reappointed as a director on 15 November 2014 and will retire on 16 October 2017.

The Board of PGW wishes to thank WK for his positive contributions over this time and wishes him well in his retirement.
