PGG Wrightson Limited Announces Change in Auditor

PGG Wrightson Limited (PGW) announced today that as a result of a review of audit services it has appointed Ernst & Young as its auditor following the resignation of KPMG on 12 April 2021. PGW’s Audit Committee determined that Ernst & Young has strong capability in the agri-sector and is well placed to take on the engagement.

PGW thanked KPMG for their work and support over the duration of their appointment and particularly through the sale process of the PGG Wrightson Seeds business.
