Report Content Dates of publication of periodic reports in 2026

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the"Company", "PGE") hereby discloses the dates of publication of theCompany's periodic reports in 2026:

- Stand-alone annual report for 2025 and consolidated annual report ofthe PGE Capital Group for 2025 - April 15, 2026,

- Consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2026 - May 26,2026,

- Consolidated half year report for the first half of 2026 - September15, 2026,

- Consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2026 - November24, 2026.

In addition, the Management Board of PGE discloses that "Consolidatedstatement of payments to the public administration for 2025" will bepublished on April 15, 2026.

The Management Board of the Company also announces that, pursuant to §63 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated June 6,2025 on current and periodic information published by issuers ofsecurities and on conditions under which such information may berecognized as being equivalent to information required by theregulations of law of a state which is not a member state (DziennikUstaw of 2025, item 755) (the "Regulation"), the Company will notpublish separate stand-alone quarterly reports. Consolidated quarterlyreports of the PGE Capital Group will include quarterly financialinformation including information indicated in § 68 section 1-4, section5 first sentence and section 9 of the Regulation.

Moreover, the Management Board of the Company informs that the Companywill not publish consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of2025 and consolidated quarterly report for the second quarter of 2026pursuant to § 83 section 2 of the Regulation. The Company also will notpublish separate stand-alone half year report for the first half of 2026pursuant to § 63 section 3 of the Regulation.
