Report Content Baltica 9 project with the right to cover a negative balance ofelectricity generated in offshore wind farm and introduced into the grid

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. ("PGE", the"Company") discloses that the President of the Energy Regulatory Officehas announced the results of the auction for obtaining the right tocover a negative balance of electricity generated in offshore wind farmand introduced into the grid ("AMFW/1/2025") that took place on December17, 2025.

As a result of AMFW/1/2025 settlement, the right to cover a negativebalance of electricity generated in offshore wind farm and introducedinto the grid (two-sided contract for difference) was granted toElektrownia Wiatrowa Baltica 9 sp. z o.o. ("Baltica 9" - a subsidiary ofPGE), the company developing Baltica 9 offshore wind farm project withthe capacity of 975 MW (area 44.E.1). The net price granted to Baltica 9in the contract for difference for the period of 25 years amounts to PLN489.00/MWh.

Expected date of commencement of commercial operations by Baltica 9 isset for December 17, 2032.
