Change of publication date of annual reports of PGE Polska GrupaEnergetyczna S.A. for 2019

With reference to the current report no. 38/2019 of December 23, 2019,the Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna ("PGE") discloses,that the publication dates of annual reports are changed in such waythat the stand-alone annual report for 2019 and consolidated annualreport of PGE Capital Group for 2019 will be published on March 31, 2020.

In addition, the Management Board of PGE discloses that "Consolidatedstatement of payments to the public administration for 2019" will bepublished also on March 31, 2020.

Legal ground: § 80 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister ofFinance dated March 29, 2018 on current and periodic informationpublished by issuers of securities and on conditions under which suchinformation may be recognized as being equivalent to informationrequired by the regulations of law of a state which is not a memberstate (Dziennik Ustaw of 2018, item 757).
