Dates of publication of periodic reports in 2020

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the"Company", "PGE") hereby discloses the dates of publication of theCompany's periodic reports in 2020:

- Stand-alone annual report for 2019 and consolidated annual report for2019 - March 10, 2020,

- Consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2020 - May 12,2020,

- Consolidated half year report for the first half of 2020 - August 11,2020,

- Consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2020 - November9, 2020.

In addition, the Management Board of PGE discloses that "Consolidatedstatement of payments to the public administration for 2019" will bepublished on March 10, 2020.

The Management Board of the Company announces that, pursuant to § 62section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated March 29,2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers ofsecurities and on conditions under which such information may berecognized as being equivalent to information required by theregulations of law of a state which is not a member state (DziennikUstaw of 2018, item 757) (the "Regulation"), the Company will notpublish separate stand - alone quarterly reports. Consolidated quarterlyreports of the PGE Capital Group will include quarterly financialinformation including information indicated in § 66 section 1-4, section5 first sentence and section 9 of the Regulation.

Moreover, the Management Board of the Company informs that the Companywill not publish consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of2019 and consolidated quarterly report for the second quarter of 2020pursuant to § 79 section 2 of the Regulation. The Company also will notpublish separate stand-alone half-year report pursuant to § 62 section 3of the Regulation.

Legal ground: § 80 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister ofFinance dated March 29, 2018 on current and periodic informationpublished by issuers of securities and on conditions under which suchinformation may be recognized as being equivalent to informationrequired by the regulations of law of a state which is not a memberstate (Dziennik Ustaw of 2018, item 757).
