Change of publication date of consolidated quarterly report for thefirst quarter of 2016
The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. disclosesthat the consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2016shall be published on May 11, 2016.
Legal ground: § 103 section 2 of the Regulation of the Polish Ministerof Finance of February 19, 2009 on current and periodic informationpublished by issuers of securities and on conditions under which suchinformation may be recognized as being equivalent to informationrequired by the regulations of law of a state which is not a memberstate. (Dziennik Ustaw of 2014 item 133).
