Amendment to the quarterly report for the first quarter of 2016

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the"Company") informs about the amendment to the condensed interim separatefinancial statements of the Company for the 3-month period ended March31, 2016 ("Separate financial statements"), constituting part of theconsolidated periodic report for the first quarter of 2016.

Amendments comprises recognition of a dividend from a subsidiary in theSeparate financial statements. Changes made in the Separate financialstatements are presented in the appendix to this current report. Amendedquarterly report will be published by the Company in a separate report.

The Management Board of the Company informs that the amendment to theSeparate financial statements has no impact on consolidated statement ofcomprehensive income, consolidated statement of financial position,consolidated statement of changes in equity and consolidated statementof cash flows for the first quarter of 2016.
