Amendment to the half-year report for the first half of 2016

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the"Company") informs about the amendment to the condensed interimconsolidated financial statements of the Company for the 6-month periodended June 30, 2016 (the "Consolidated financial statements"),constituting part of the consolidated periodic report for the first halfof 2016. As a consequence of the amendment to the Consolidated financialstatements, the same amendment was made in the Management Board's reporton activities of the Capital Group of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A.for the 6-month period ended June 30, 2016 (the "Management Board'sreport").

The amendment concerns the obvious typographical error in chapter 3.2The analysis of impairment of the power generating assets of Renewablessegment in the Consolidated financial statements. Changes made in theConsolidated financial statements and in the Management Board's reportare presented in the appendix to this current report. Amended half-yearreport will be published by the Company in a separate report.

The Management Board of the Company informs that the amendments have noimpact on consolidated statement of comprehensive income, consolidatedstatement of financial position, consolidated statement of changes inequity and consolidated statement of cash flows for the first half of2016.
