Information about commencement of negotiations of draft investmentagreement by PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. with other investorsi.e. ENEA S.A., Energa S.A., PGNiG S.A. and about commencement ofnegotiations between investors and Polimex-Mostostal S.A.
The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the"Company") discloses that on December 6, 2016 the talks have startedbetween the Company and ENEA S.A., Energa S.A., PGNiG S.A.("Investors"). The Investors have also commenced talks withPolimex-Mostostal Spółka Akcyjna ("Polimex"). The talks are aimed atdeveloping a framework of potential capital commitment of the Investorsin Polimex (the "Investment") and developing a potential model ofco-operation between the Investors in the execution of the Investment.
As at the negotiations opening date, the Company has not made anycommitments on the realization of the Investment.
The subsequent stages of the Investment process will be reported by theCompany in separate reports.
