("PGE") withreference to the current report no. 8/2023 dated March 2, 2023 onestimated selected financial and operating data for year 2022 informsthat due to an obvious mistake, the legal basis was incorrectly selectedin the ESPI form. Above mentioned report should be published with alegal basis: Art. 17 sect. 1 of MAR - inside information.
